Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

At OniHolic, we strive to deliver artisan-quality Sukajan jackets to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, please review our policies below regarding changes and returns.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. However, to maintain our fast shipping standards, our production window is very tight:

  • 2-Hour Grace Period: You have exactly 2 hours after purchase to request a cancellation or change (size, color, or address).
  • After 2 Hours: Once this window passes, your order is moved into our processing and production system. At this stage, we can no longer accept cancellation or modification requests.
  • How to cancel: Please email us immediately at support@oniholic.com with the subject line "Cancellation: [Order Number]" and your reason for the request.

2. The OniHolic Quality Guarantee (Returns)

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns for "change of mind" after an order is processed, we fully stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Process: Email support@oniholic.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
  • Important: Please do not ship items back to us without prior authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

3. How to Exchange

Want a different size or design? We are happy to help you find the perfect fit.

  • Step 1: Contact us via email to initiate the exchange process.
  • Step 2: Provide your Order ID and the specific item (name/color/size) you wish to receive in exchange.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse. Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped.

4. Product Representation

We make every effort to display our designs as accurately as possible.

  • Renderings vs. Photos: Please note that some listings use high-fidelity, life-like renderings to showcase the intricate embroidery details. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen calibrations.
  • Defects: If you believe your item significantly differs from the listing due to a manufacturing defect, please follow the "Damaged Items" process above within 15 days of receipt.

5. Shipping & Address Accuracy

To ensure your masterpiece reaches you safely, please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we will do our best to support you in locating the package. However, OniHolic is not obligated to reship orders for free if the original information provided was incorrect.
  • Returned-to-Sender: Packages returned due to invalid addresses, failed delivery attempts, or being refused by the customer will not be eligible for a free reshipment.
  • Lost Shipments: We do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced shipments if the address entered at the time of purchase was inaccurate.
